Say they ever get better coaching and recruit better and just become a better run program that can compete and the Irish continue to regress as they have in recent years. Do you think this is possible? Please give reasons.

Notre Dames not regressing haha they just needed a good coach to utilize ALL of the talent, and no not ever.
