Indiana doesn't have a maritime college. You have some choices: - Go to a maritime academy. The closest one to you is in Michigan. I don't know if they offer tuition discounts to students from Indiana, since you don't have a maritime academy - you can ask. I also don't know if your scholarship would follow you to MI, since your major isn't offered in your home state. - To my knowledge, you can also go to a traditional university, and join the Navy or Coast Guard. Do NROTC while you study, and you'll graduate as an officer. Do your Navy service, work your way up, and you'll be in good shape to begin a civilian maritime career. You'd want to start working on the application process now. Some parts of it can take a while to pull together.
